I joined this plan about 5 months ago. The app is horrible . I can't get into the app to see or print any documents. Basically they call and tell me they have a over approval. I can't get into app to aprove it. So far it just comes done to, just like any company on line there only as good as there app. I get the same message every time I try to reset since I stared. I would love to see things change. The company is great .

truly a scam, they lie to you. if you're smart you would stop paying them for a couple of months and then cancel. they charged me 624.00 for help with one creditor in 2 months. so make sure you're account is at 0 dollars before you cancel otherwise they will keep all of it and tell that was the fee. SCAM. and yes you can cancel any time and there may not be a cancellation fee but they sure hit with other fees after you cancel. so like I said don't join the program and if you're already in GETOUT

Worst program ever. Switched phones and can't even get logged in to the app. Takes 24 to 48 hours to get a reset email. Unacceptable. I wish I had never signed up for this program.
